Description

Easter Arrow of 360k needed to claim your free ACP medal but entrants are encouraged to go for at least 400k. MUST be ridden in 24 hours. Note that the start map is used to denote the finish in York centre.
New Entry process for 2025
ò Team captain selects GPS or brevet card entry
ò Team Captain purchases a brevet (similar to a DIY) which pays all the entry fees.
ò Team Captain enters the ride (again similar to a DIY), which creates an entry for just the captain. On the entry the team members should be listed (inc. membership number)
ò Arrows organiser uses the new screen to copy this entry for the other team members, so that each has an entry. The captain will be identifiable as the person who purchased the brevet
ò On completion, tracks can be uploaded in the usual way or brevet cards handed in/posted

NON-MEMBERS are welcome but need to register first. This is free - we ask you to do this so we can verify your contact details. You only need to register once and can then enter multiple events or in future convert to paid membership.

PARENTAL CONSENT is required for entrants under 18 years of age. This can be declared by the parent/guardian making an online entry on behalf of the under 18 rider. Otherwise, although an entry can be made online, the parent/guardian should complete and sign the generic entry form available here.
